Brian Mulconrey is president of BG Mulconrey, Inc. a management consulting and scenario planning firm that he founded in 1990. Brian's formal training in scenario planning began in the mid 1990's at Global Business Network's Scenario Planning Training Seminar. GBN is an innovative global leader in exploring the future. Brian holds an MS in financial services from the American College, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He also holds a series of financial services industry professional designations and is recognized as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.

In his spare time Brian explores the enterprises of tomorrow using an "essay from the future" format that he calls enterprise poetry. In 2006 he helped create an annual writing competition at MIT called the Enterprise Poets Prize in Imagining A Future.
